Product Issues and Disappointments

There’s nothing worse than eagerly awaiting your new vibrator or masturbator, only to find it doesn’t work. Whether it’s a dead battery, missing USB cable, or too-loud vibrations that wake the neighbors, we understand the frustration. Though we strive for the highest quality, we acknowledge that electronics can sometimes fail. To ensure you’re happy with your purchase, please follow our returns policy below.

Eligibility for Returns

In accordance with the South African Consumer Protection Act, you must notify us in writing within 5 calendar days of receiving your purchase to be eligible for a replacement or refund. Please include pictures of any physical damage when possible. The product must be in its original condition and packaging.

Return Process

Once we receive your notification, we will arrange a courier to collect the item from your delivery address, unless advised otherwise. If we determine the product is in working order, you will be responsible for the collection and re-delivery fees. We will release the goods only after receiving payment for these fees.

Inspection and Resolution

After receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it. We will either send a replacement or process your refund. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. If you paid by credit card, it may take 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Conditions for Refund

If the product is damaged or you request a return after 5 calendar days, you will not be eligible for a refund.
